Do my credits expire?

No. Credits you purchase never expire and carry over indefinitely.

What happens to my credits if I subscribe?

Your credits are saved. While subscribed, calls use your subscription instead of credits. If you cancel your subscription, your remaining credits are still there.

Do participants need an account?

No. Only the person who starts the call needs an account for premium features. Everyone else joins with just the link.

How are credits charged?

Credits are deducted based on actual call duration, rounded up to the nearest minute. A 12-minute call uses 12 minutes of credit.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to your account page and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
